The 50-30 Challenge: What Works Tool Kit (Released Fall 2022)
The What Works Toolkit is an online toolkit, designed for Canadian organizations looking to adopt equity and diversity initiatives within their organizations. It includes tangible actions organizations and individuals can take, resources designed to set out policies and approaches for recruitment, mentorship, promotion, and retention of board members and employees, as well as anti-racism, anti-harassment, and inclusive workplace strategies, and other related relevant activities and initiatives. The toolkit also features examples from Canadian organizations, profiling diversity successes.

Women and the Workplace Symposium Report and Resources
In May 2019, the Government of Canada hosted a two-day Symposium on Women and the Workplace at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
At the event, 240 Canadian leaders and champions of workplace gender equality and diversity shared best practices to inspire and advance women’s participation in the workplace. Presenters and participants came from the public and private sector, unions, academia, industry and human resource associations, and civil society organizations.
