Chantal Fraser

Through her company, Empowered Path Inc. Chantal Fraser acts as a Thought Partner, to help people learn how to find or create their ideal jobs.  Chantal also helps employers learn how to create more Inclusive Diverse Equitable Accessible Learning (IDEAL) workplaces.

Chantal offers a variety of services including: delivering accessible online career programs, providing business growth coaching through the PARO Centre for Women’s Enterprise, and delivering Indigenous Inclusion sessions to Canadian employers from Coast to Coast to Coast, with strategic partners Indigenous Link. Chantal is Métis and a military veteran.

Lieutenant-Colonel (retired) Chantal Fraser, holds an MBA from the Royal Military College of Canada and is a recipient of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) Honourary Life Award.

Sunita Gupta,

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Consultant

As an EDI consultant, Sunita identifies  barriers to inclusion in the workplace and helps organizations move forward with a planful approach to drive measurable change in employee engagement, performance and retention enhancing the organizational culture.

Sunita has been an active member in the Kingston community for the past twenty-five years. She is  involved as a volunteer on several boards and committees, currently as a Board Director for the Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce, Sub-Committee Member for the Mayor’s Kingston Economic Recovery Team and other Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committees.

Sunita was the Past President of the India-Canada Association of Kingston and past Board Director for the Tett Centre. She holds a certificate in Leadership and Inclusion from Centennial College and a certificate in Ethics and Contemporary Social Issues: Immigration and Integration from St. Paul’s and Ottawa Universities. Sunita is the co-founder of I2C Immigration Consulting.

Kerry Ramsay

Kerry Ramsay is a passionate champion of women entrepreneurs. As the Project Manager for the WE-CAN Project led by Queen’s University, she works closely with hundreds of women across the Kingston region to help them launch and grow their businesses.

A business owner herself, Kerry is a Story Coach and founder of PowerHER Platform, a company that helps women build authentic story brands for influence and impact. Her popular Power Your Platform podcast has been ranked in the Top 10 Marketing Podcasts in Canada.

Kerry’s experience as a leader, speaker and professional communicator have led her to develop strong relationships with her clients, and to build a thriving community of women entrepreneurs who are making a real impact.

She is passionate about leveling the playing field and helping women from underrepresented groups to step into leadership positions within their business community.

V. Ophelia Rigault

Ophelia is passionate about working alongside resilient and authentic leaders to create equitable and inclusive work cultures through speaking, training, community building and media appearances.

She knows what it feels like to be excluded and left out due to my gender and race. That is why, inclusion, diversity, equity, and access are at the heart of my focus.

With 20+ years of experience as a business consultant, entrepreneur, educator, and mindset coach, she has a successful track record of engaging people from diverse backgrounds and sectors.

She specializes in facilitating important and uncomfortable conversations about race, gender, privilege, mental health awareness and equity. Ophelia does this through her TV show, podcast and various  speaking engagements.

In our post-pandemic era, HR managers, business owners and community leaders need to increase their resiliency literacy skills and find ways to create workplaces and communities that offer sustainable and equitable solutions. Ophelia approaches her work from a place of empathy, compassion and encouragement.
