The Practical Case Studies in EDI Training
The IDEAS4GE CCEW Team is proud to be taking part in this Practical Case Studies in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) training – Are You?
During this training in a multidisciplinary and inter-organizational forum, you will study scenarios in a group, raising questions about equity, diversity and inclusion in the professional environment. This format will allow you to address several concepts related to EDI (such as microaggressions, the concepts of allies or intersectionality), analyze them and discuss them with employees working in different organizations.
