The very nature of the IDEAS4GenderEquality solution-building work recognizes the value of celebrating the unique lived experiences and intersectionality of persons in all their diversity. As such we intentionally attempt to engage stakeholders from diverse sectors and backgrounds. We seek to better understand diverse experiences and perspectives, knowing that as individuals we cannot speak on behalf of any larger groups or communities of which we may be a part but instead can share our own truth, personal lived experiences, knowledge, skills and resources.
