The CCEW is pleased to promote this free webinar presented by the Diversity Institute at Toronto Metropolitan University, currently leading a project through the Workp Workplace Opportunities: Removing Barriers to Equity (WORBE) Program. This program is aimed at supporting and empowering companies in federally regulated sectors to advance their internal equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) practices and policies to improve representation within those sectors.

In this webinar, participants will discover the importance of design and equity-based practices to ensure products and services are inclusive. The session will cover: the inclusive design process, designing with equity-deserving groups, and inclusive support.

The CCEW/IDEAS4GE – (Inclusion-Diversity-Equity & Access Solutions for Gender Equality) Solution-Builders had the pleasure to promote the 50-30 Challenge, What Works Toolkit, and Diversity Institute efforts. The IDEAS4GE Solution-builders identified three core resources to assist businesses and organizations of all sizes in introducing or expanding DEI practices within their organizations.
